1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS after successful payment.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on the product category:
Electronics & Clothing
- Delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Groceries & Vegetables
- Delivered within 1 hour from order confirmation (for serviceable locations).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, courier delays, or high demand.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
- Customers can track orders using the courier partner’s tracking link.
5. Delivery Issues
TWITKART is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 3–4 working days after receiving the order.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to transit).
- Clearance or special sale items marked as non-returnable.
- Groceries and perishable items (vegetables, food items).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
Share clear photos (if the item is damaged/defective).
After approval:
- We will arrange a pickup (if serviceable),
OR - You may be asked to ship the product back.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection and approval.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Grocery & vegetable orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed for dispatch due to their perishable nature.
2. How to Cancel
